To support those needs, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) group is responsible for Agile Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Services, Development and Cloud Enablement (DCE), Enterprise Application Hosting Services (EAHS), Enterprise Services and Product Management (ESPM), and Chief Operating Office (COO) Business Services & Risk and Governance.This position will be part of the Enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) organization within Enterprise Application Portfolio Management under the CTO. The Enterprise Application Portfolio Management group ensures that processes are defined and matured, managing consistency across Technology according to strategic priorities and the Target Operating Model.  The Enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) group is responsible for providing a common and consistent framework for the ALM discipline in order to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and policy standards and controls adherence across the Wells Fargo enterprise.The Senior Analyst will drive and support the ongoing maturation of the ALM Target Operating Model through data integration, execution of the group’s Agile adoption model, and creation of a process improvement pipeline. This role is posted as a Senior Analyst; however, the Wells Fargo job title is Technology Business Systems Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create effective strategies to streamline and automate data collection and reporting; analyze information, identify trends/insights, and implement analytics solutions for application portfolio data
  • Identify and drive initiatives to enhance risk/metrics data, data integration, data model, data architecture for risk metrics/data analytics, improve data quality, create compliance analytics, and test data management
  • Drive initiative for delivery of corrective actions, establish process & control governance, oversee process controls and risk compliance data across ALM
  • Create reports and dashboards using Tableau and SSRS; create data models and data integration design
  • Drive standardization of the Process Model for all ALM processes; perform process modeling
  • Execute transformation to Agile based delivery and oversee the execution of Agile releases for the ALM group
  • Perform oversight for intake, prioritization, Sprint & Release planning, backlog grooming; facilitate prioritization and estimation meetings, manage demand/capacity/resource utilization details, Burndown/Status reporting, communication plans, training sessions, and testing and defect resolution
  • Identify operational, performance, and risk metrics that measure process and controls effectiveness
  • Create executive-level presentations, data insights, and storyboards

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, metrics & business intelligence, data warehouse</li>
  • 4+ years of experience creating executive-level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools
  • 4+ years of process design or improvement experience
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 1+ year of Tableau experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of operation workflows/processes
  • Deep Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
  • Agile Certification
  • Data modeling experience
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience
  • Experience in data architecture and strategy
  • Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation, and production support
  • Strong relationship management skills
